Ordering ProcessHow long does it take for my orders to be processed?
Five (5) working days (excluding Public Holidays & Weekends) are required to process your orders and our Customer Service Representative will contact you through Email with a written confirmation of your orders and schedules.
What happen after an order is being made through Sea King Singapore?
We are afraid we do not allow changes to be made to your order once it has been placed. This is so that our operations process can run smoothly and efficiently to serve our customers in the shortest time possible.
How do you pay?

Are you able to make special requests?
Absolutely! You'll be able to add a remark before you check out an order. Otherwise, you can also contact us at +65 8894 9337 before the order is checked out to understandthe feasibility of your special request.
While we will try our best to accommodate to your requests, due to logistical limitations, we seek your understanding that not all demands can be fulfilled.
Can I choose to pick up my orders instead of getting them delivered?

What is our delivery timings?
We deliver from in-between 8.00am to 10.00pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
How much is our Delivery Fee?
Option 1:
We have a delivery fee of $15.00 charged to you with a minimum order of $80.00
All orders above $100.00 are entitled free delivery.
Our Delivery Fee is fixed at $15.00 for purchases below $80.00, unless promotions apply.
If purchased above $100.00 or above promotional minimums, the delivery fee is waived.
Option 2:
We have a tiered delivery fee that varies with the order amount:
*Delivery fees stated exclude promotions and any other relevant marketing campaigns.
What if no one is home to receive your order?
Our delivery team will try their best to reach you via a phone call before arriving at your location. If you are uncontactable or not home, we will be placing your delivery items at your doorstep and we will be sending a photo of the items to you.
ProductsHow do we ensure freshness of our products delivered to you?
On the day of your delivery, the items are retrieved from our industrial freezer rooms and packed in heat-resistant Styrofoam boxes which are promptly put into our refrigerated trucks to ensure optimal freshness of your purchased products.
What are our expiry dates of our products?
Usually, the expiry dates are in-between 3 to 5 months, depending on the product itself.
